    Reasonable management that does not constrain the enterprise with standardized pricing. Every situation is treated as a one off and you tend to get win-win encounters. One con is that driving into the lot can be an adventure with the ever present possibility of being locked in. Good family with deep roots here.

    The guys working there doesn't care about you or doing things the correct way. He is lazy and does things half-assed and then if you start going there more often he randomly raises prices on you to squeeze out a few more bucks. Wanted 60 bucks just to mount 2 17in tires. The month before he charged 30 like everyone else.
