    Salon was supposed to call back to make appointment on two different occasions. Never did. When pressed owner indicated it was due to "staffing issues". Note: this happened over a period of 2 months. When asked to resolve owner apologized but didn't actually correct for their staff lying to their customers.

    Apparently, lying and wasting the customers time is "unfortunate" but not worth action and the customer should just absorb it.

    Obviously, the only recommendation is to stir clear.
