It was an awful experience. I left crying. The owner is very insensitive, even after I explained that I had lost my house in the Thomas Fire. Instead of being understanding she gave me a long speech because I had to switch my appointment. It was a 15 minute appointment & she made it sound like I was going to bankrupt her. This was the second time I found her rude to paying clients. I will not go back & support this business ever again. And it's too bad because some of her staff is very nice.
