The staff is very professional and efficient. I go there quite often to have my blood drawn and everyone is friendly and they manage to make it a pleasant experience. The reason I gave only 3 stars in my review is that they keep the office so cold, it's like a meat locker. I checked the thermostat this morning when I was in there and it read 62 degrees! Everyone in the waiting room was cold and one woman even went out to her car to get a jacket and a blanket! I asked the person who was drawing my blood if she thought it was cold and she said she was freezing; that there are two other employees in there who insist on keeping it that cold. It's ridiculous. An air conditioning person needs to go in, set the thermostat at at least 78 degrees and then put a lock on the thermostat. If that can't be done, then the two women who keep it that cold should be given a stern warning.
