My experience as a new potential customer was disappointing.
Just trying to get an estimate, I was told by the owner / operator
that today would not be possible, but would be available tomorrow.
The owner would not commit to a time, but instead asked me to call again the next day, at a specific time to confirm meeting. When the next day came, I called at my appointed time, just getting an answering machine with no response. I was treated with this avoidance scenario
twice in a row. The beginning of the second round of phone calls, the owner sounded irritated speaking to me. I finely had to move on, to look for another auto mechanic that will treat me respectfully as a customer.
