Shell at 2440 South Victoria Avenue, Ventura, California.

Worst service of any shell gas station I've ever been to. They just opened a car wash. I pass this shell everyday and thought it would be a good idea to use this car wash when ever I needed to. I used the car wash and there is a curb that protrudes into the exiting lane. It is also hard to see it when the hood of my 2016 is higher than the declining exiting drive way. I was following the directions to turn left and still hit this curb that goes straight into the exiting lane. My right rim hit he curb and damaged it. I reported it to the person on site. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will report this structural error to corporate and make a complaint. Do not use!!!
