AT&T at 2850 Johnson Drive Suite A, Ventura, California.

I needed to buy a new iPhone. I have business account. I have 7 phone lines and 7 phones for my company. I have used AT&T for 11 years now. I have paid them $39,000.00 dollars in eleven years now. I am so tiered of non professional service.
On 1/8/2017 I walked into the AT&T Store on Victoria Ave. in Ventura. I waited 25 minutes for service. No one ever said hello or ask my name or even seem to care I was waiting. I made eye contact 4 time with 3 different service reps. Still no help. I left and went to the AT&T store on Johnson drive in Ventura. I walked in and waited. I only seen to service reps in this store. One of the reps said hello as I walked in so I waited. She was finishing up with a customer bagging there perches. Cool so now I know I will be next because the only other person here is being helped by the other rep. OK now I am waiting again as the rep goes to help the same customer that's being helped already. She did not say anything to me as I was waiting still. 10 minutes pass as they are both helping the 1(one) person in the store. I am still waiting. At 15 minutes waiting I left and drove back to Oxnard near my business to the AT&T store on Rose Ave. Oxnard. I walk in to the store and waited again. 10 minutes and still no acknowledge of me ever walking in.

Now I am very unhappy and STILL need this phone. This is my business I am talking about. Not just a regular phone line but a business account with 7 lines. My bill per month is more than $300.00 per month. I wanted to buy the (iPhone 7s 252 gig) I had $400.00 as a down payment.

I leave the store at Rose Ave. Oxnard and go back to my office. Now I have spent 1 and 1/2 hours and no iPhone STILL!
I get on my land line and call AT&T to buy this by phone.
I called and wait 25 minutes on hold.
this is why I am going to Verizon.
I will switch at the end of this billing cycle, NO MORE AT&T!
