I came to TDC after being laid off in 2009. I had a choice of here or Ventura College. TDC trained me in the latest 2D and 3D Architectural software and Rapid Prototyping in 28 weeks with classes every day, Monday –Friday, 8-4 and gave me real world experience and hands-on training . VC would have taken 3 years to learn the same amount of software. I landed an amazing job almost immediately after graduating.
TDC is a great school, but YOU have to APPLY yourself. You can't skate through class, showing up late or not taking it seriously, like its high school or a junior college. You have to treat the classes like a job. They make you WORK for your certifications and it pays off. It's full time and gets you ready to hit the ground running to jump into the deep end of the workforce and land not just a job, but a career. Their job placement counselors are awesome and will work with you to get a great job. You have to WANT it and you have to EARN it, but the staff is so supportive that they help you believe that you CAN do it.
