Wells Fargo Bank at 5751 Telephone Road, Ventura, California.

I wire transferred $2,000.00 from another bank to my Wells Fargo account and the money never arrived in my Wells Fargo account.

I called the bank from where the money was sent and they suggested I speak to someone at Wells Fargo.
That person turned out to be the Branch Manager, Jorge Fernandez, an unprofessional rude guy.
He took it personally and said I was accusing him of holding my money.
I was merely trying to track the wire transfer.

After 35 years of banking with them, I will be closing my account.
